1.3 Governing Language. These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
1.4 Entire Agreement. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bdx777 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending verification.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The bdx777 platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Account Registration & Security
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual player may register and maintain exactly one (1) bdx777 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same name, address, email address, phone number, bKash or Nagad number, device identifier, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed without notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals on the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and prohibition from re-registration.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdx777 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bdx777 strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS OTP to protect your account against unauthorised access.
3.4 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your bdx777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bdx777 support team immediately at support@bdx777.org. bdx777 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
3.5 Account Ownership. A bdx777 account is personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Only the registered account holder may place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
3.6 Contact Information Updates. Players are responsible for keeping their registered email address and phone number up to date. bdx777 communicates important account notifications, security alerts, and KYC requests to the registered contact details. Failure to maintain current contact information does not relieve the player of obligations arising under these Terms.

4.2 Currency. All player accounts on bdx777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka amounts.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the table above. bdx777 does not impose a maximum deposit limit on standard accounts. Players who have activated deposit limit controls via the Responsible Gaming section of their account are bound by those self-imposed limits until any applicable cooling-off period expires.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. 4.6 Withdrawal Processing Times. Processing times stated in the table above are targets under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. bdx777 will notify affected players via their registered email address if delays are anticipated.
4.7 Source of Funds. bdx777 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits, particularly for high-value or unusual transactions, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality pending review.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses and promotional offers on bdx777 are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific requirements of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who have created multiple accounts are ineligible for bonuses on any account.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who register a valid bdx777 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific welcome offer terms in force at the time of registration. 5.4 Eligible Games. Not all games on the bdx777 platform contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. The eligible games and their contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering on specific bonuses.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date, which is stated at the time the bonus is offered. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.7 bdx777 Rights Regarding Promotions. bdx777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not affect the terms of a bonus that a player has already activated and is actively wagering. Seasonal promotions (Eid, BPL, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, etc.) are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published on the promotions page.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on bdx777 are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, sports betting, or crash games. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation from the platform. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, bdx777 will review available records and determine the outcome in a fair and reasonable manner.

For live table games, where a bet has been placed and accepted prior to disconnection, the hand or round will be settled according to the game's normal rules and the result recorded by the game server. bdx777 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side network interruptions.
6.6 Responsible Play During Gaming Sessions. Prohibited Conduct
7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdx777 platform:
- Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deceive bdx777 or its payment providers in any way;
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one bdx777 account, whether under the same or a different identity;

- Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after placing bets with deposited funds;
- Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or its games to gain an unfair advantage.
7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. If bdx777 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, the platform reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the player's account; void and confiscate any bets, winnings, bonuses, or account balance associated with the prohibited activity; recover any funds already withdrawn as a result of the prohibited activity; and report the conduct to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.
7.3 Detection and Monitoring. bdx777 employs a range of technical and analytical tools to detect prohibited conduct, including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, payment pattern analysis, and game behaviour analysis. Players consent to this monitoring as a condition of using the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their bdx777 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bdx777.org. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., self-exclusion) will be processed within 24 hours and take precedence over pending withdrawal processing timelines.
8.2 Involuntary Suspension. bdx777 reserves the right to suspend a player's account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or deceptive conduct; account security compromise; pending KYC verification; or any other matter that requires investigation. During a suspension, the player will be unable to deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds.
8.3 Involuntary Closure. Following investigation, bdx777 may permanently close a player's account where a material breach of these Terms has been established. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, any account balance at the time of closure may be confiscated. In cases where suspension was precautionary and no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and full access restored.
8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdx777 will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
8.5 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, the player's right to access the bdx777 platform terminates immediately. These Terms continue to apply to all activity that occurred prior to closure, including any outstanding disputes, withdrawal requests, or investigations.
8.6 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from bdx777 for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support@bdx777.org. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion are available.
